SONNY’S is a Coaching Gym
At SONNY’S, we are committed to providing purposeful training that sets us apart in the group strength training space. We believe that by equipping our members with the right tools and foundations, we can help them evolve into stronger, higher-performing individuals. Our coaching methods are carefully crafted and continually refined by our team of sports science-accredited trainers, who work tirelessly to ensure that our programming is always cutting-edge and effective. With a focus on innovation and pushing our members to be their best selves, we are redefining what it means to train with purpose.

Strength training |
Expect to be coached through this session from start to finish working through form first, execution of the exercise second, and training intensity third.
We bring a personal training base of knowledge and attention to each member in this class to educate you with the tools to succeed in your training.
We have two types of STRONG.
STRONG Full Body is a combination of upper and lower body strength exercises.
STRONG LIFT - Upper is an upper body focus on chest, shoulders, core and arms.
STRONG LIFT - Lower is a lower body focus on hamstrings, glutes and quads.

Conditioning cardio |
Our athletic classes will work off a higher heart rate format. We bring together each training principle to maximise our time and work ethic in these classes.
This is our style of interval and higher heart rate training.
Athletic Saturdays in a culmination of your weeks training all in one session.

Hyrox is a fitness race combining 8 stations with a 1km run in between those stations.
On our timetable, when you see Hyrox @ SONNY'S, this will be a themed session to replicate the movements and energy involved in the race.

WTC is our version of a run club.
Free to non members.
We run every Wednesday leaving from Upton Girl cafe on Upton Road.
We run to our destination and then complete interval work before running back to the cafe for a catch up coffee.

A hidden gem off Chapel Street in Windsor, Sonny’s Gym community is my favourite place to the start or end the day - excellent coaches, great workout programs in a small group training environment that’s got vibe, feels personalized, builds tenacity and most importantly - builds strong bodies (and my top PB’s to date). Having tried flashy gyms, mainstream gyms, boxing gyms, pt, f45, bft and everything else, this is by far the best gym experience I've had.
The programs are developed to ensure you consistently improve your strength, fitness, mobility and wellbeing without compromising any of the other elements or generating a build up of fatigue. And it's adaptable to your own personal level of strength or fitness.
Sonny's small group of trainers and dedicated, knowledgeable, personable and engaging.

After a COVID fitness rut I started training at SONNYS gym after they first opened… I haven’t slept through my alarm or skipped any classes, I am so proud of my progress and thoroughly enjoy seeing the measurable results.
